Mr. Benson serves as Chief Information Officer for The PFM Group. Mr. Benson is responsible for the overseeing all firm-wide information technology activities, including infrastructure and architecture, applications development, re-engineering business processes, networks, outsourcing, system security plans, facilities, business continuation and disaster recovery and computer and auxiliary operations and support.

Mr. Benson has worked in the Information Technology field for more than 21 years. Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Benson served as a Vice President in the Global Technology Services division for State Street Corporation. In that position, he was responsible for managing a full-service IT organization, which provided mutual fund accounting and fund administration services for over $250 billion in assets for BlackRock, and other Investment Management clients.

Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Benson spent six years at Deloitte Consulting, rising to the level of Senior Manager. While at Deloitte, he worked with clients in the Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Financial Services industries providing systems integration, project and program management, strategy, and business process reengineering consulting services.

Mr. Benson has a MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern Business School and is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College.
