Craig Hoshijima joined PFM in June 1997, and is a Senior Managing Consultant in the firm's Newport Beach office.
Since 1990, Mr. Hoshijima has assisted public agencies throughout the western states in their financial management and strategic planning, developing long range financial plans, fiscal impact analyses, cost allocation studies, and user charge and fee studies. Mr. Hoshijima has also served as a financial advisor to cities, counties, states, transportation agencies, water and wastewater utilities, and airports on debt issues totaling $8 billion.
Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Hoshijima worked for four years with a financial advisory firm in Los Angeles . Mr. Hoshijima also worked for three years as a financial and rate consultant with an environmental consulting firm in San Diego .

Mr. Hoshijima received a B.A. in Economics from Long Beach State and an M.A. in Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara.
