David B. Anderson, Senior Managing Consultant has more than 16 years experience as a Financial Advisor serving Wisconsin local governments, overseeing more than 500 financings. These financings include a broad range of securities such as general obligation, revenue, special assessment and lease revenue bonds, and tax increment financing.

In addition to being a Certified Independent Public Financial Advisor (CIPFA), Mr. Anderson has more than 10 years experience working in City Government Management, including 6 years as the Village Administrator for the Village of Sussex, Wisconsin.

Mr. Anderson exhibits an extensive range of experience and knowledge in the field of Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Anderson currently functions as a Senior Management Financial Consultant to various Wisconsin clients including: Milwaukee County, Dane County, Villages of Prairie du Chien, Johnson Creek and Sussex; the Cities of Green Lake, Marshfield, Wisconsin Dells, Milwaukee and the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District.

Mr. Anderson is a summa cum laude graduate from Park College with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science; and an M.P.A from the University of Nebraska.
