Jeanne Frederick Vanda is a Managing Director of PFM. Ms. Vanda joined Public Financial Management, Inc. in 1993 and has seventeen years experience advising governmental entities in the Midwest with particular emphasis on school districts, telecommunications, general municipal, utility and pooled finance debt structures.

Ms. Vanda brings to PFM her talent and experience in the planning and structuring of revenue based debt, as well as designing models for analyzing long-term debt and it's implications on client cash flow. Ms. Vanda has done extensive work with clients involving advance refundings and supervised the structuring of escrow investments. Ms. Vanda has advised clients on the issuance of debt by competitive sale and on a negotiated basis.

Ms. Vanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science and Sociology from Cornell College and a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
