Jeffrey K. Schroeder, a Senior Managing Consultant in the Chicago office, joined PFM in 2006. Mr. Schroeder serves as a client relationship manager for governmental entities in the Midwest region. In this role, Mr. Schroeder helps municipal governments, school districts and other public authorities with their investment needs. Mr. Schroeder specializes in developing investment strategies and solutions for public fund investors via cash flow analysis, bond proceeds management and specialized product development.

Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Schroeder was Senior Vice President for PMA Financial, a public fund investment advisory firm where he managed client significant client relationships, the firm's investment operations department, the portfolio advisory staff, as well headed PMA's Credit Committee.

Mr. Schroeder holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from Valparaiso University. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Education in School Business Management with a Chief School Business Officials endorsement from Northern Illinois University. Lastly, Mr. Schroeder holds NASD Series 7, and 63 licenses and is CFA Level II candidate.
