Tiffany Wan works in PFM's Strategic Consulting practice providing technical and quantitative support. She has delivered budget modeling and departmental and revenue-expenditure analysis to Pennsylvania clients such as Easton, Allentown, New Castle, and Pittsburgh.
Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Wan worked as a research assistant at CentreForum, a London-based public policy think-tank.
Ms. Wan graduated from Yale University earning a BA in Political Science and International Studies.
