Brad Remig is a Managing Director and joined Public Financial Management in 1990. His main area of responsibility is to provide financial advisory services to local governments in Pennsylvania, with a focus on school finance and water and wastewater finance. Mr. Remig serves as project manager to over 50 school districts, authorities, municipalities and counties. His areas of expertise lie in the areas of new money bond issues, interest rate swaps, bank and bond pool loans, and current period and advance refundings. He has completed hundreds of transactions related to new money capital financing, existing debt refinancings, and debt restructurings. He also has extensive experience in the investment advisory strategy development and arbitrage rebate management fields, which was his specialty at PFM from 1990 to 1996.

Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Remig interned on the Corporate Bond Trading Desk at Salomon Brothers, Inc. in New York, and in the Investment Department of The Summit Trust Company, a commercial bank based in New Jersey. He also worked briefly with Financial Guaranty Insurance Company ("FGIC").

Mr. Remig is a graduate of Princeton University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
