David Calvert is a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, office. 

Mr. Calvert provides a range of investment advisory and consulting services for clients located in Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Massachusetts.  These services include modeling cash flows, developing initial portfolio strategies, writing performance summaries and reviewing investment policies and practices.  Mr. Calvert also works on cash management projects that assist clients to competitively procure banking and treasury management services.

David Calvert joined Public Financial Management, Inc. as a Consultant in the 2000 after acquiring a Master of Science degree in Finance at Boston College.  Mr. Calvert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bloomsburg University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Calvert holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.  Mr. Calvert holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.
