Keith Curry is a Managing Director in PFM’s Newport Beach office. Mr. Curry joined PFM in 1987 and is a nationally recognized expert on transportation finance. His clients have included the states of Massachusetts, Wyoming, Minnesota, California, Arizona and Wisconsin. He developed the first financing structure leveraging future federal transportation funds, which served as the precursor to today's GARVEE bonds. Mr. Curry's transit clients have included the Los Angeles and New York MTAs, Denver RTD, San Diego MTDB and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.

In addition to transportation, Mr. Curry advises several state and local agencies including the cities of Anaheim, Coronado, Oceanside and Poway. He was the advisor on the 1997 Anaheim/Disney infrastructure financing named Bond Buyer "Deal of the Year."

Mr. Curry received his BA and MPA from California State University Long Beach. He was previously employed by the US DOT, County of Los Angeles and City of Long Beach. In 2006 he was elected to the Newport Beach, California City Council. He is a Certified Independent Public Financial Advisor.
