Jeanette Davidson-Flowers joined Public Financial Management as a Senior Managing Consultant in October 2005. She is part of the firm's Quantitative Strategies Group. Prior to her employment at PFM, Jeanette was an Associate in public finance at an investment banking firm and a Vice-President at a local financial advisory firm. Jeanette will provide transactional and quantitative support on various refunding and new money issues locally and nationally for PFM, and, in addition, will provide analytical and transactional support to the firm's Tobacco Securitization Group.

In addition to her public finance career, Jeanette spent over four years at a major consulting firm in McLean, Virginia where she worked with federal clients including NASA, the IRS and the U.S. Department of Education.

Jeanette graduated with a B.A. in political science from Stanford University and an M.P.P. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
