Christine Doyle is a Managing Director in PFM’s Boston office.  She has 20 years experience in public finance. Ms. Doyle advises healthcare, higher education, and student loan institutions on many aspects of debt issuance and financial planning and leads PFM’s healthcare practice.

Ms. Doyle has advised clients throughout their financial and capital markets processes, including the development of capital plans, integrated asset/liability plans, and comprehensive funding plans.  She has developed financing structures using a wide range of debt instruments and credit structures, including synthetic structures and joint ventures.  She has advised clients such as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Children’s Hospital Boston, Care Group, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Williams College, and the Massachusetts Educational Finance Authority.

Prior to joining PFM Ms. Doyle was an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody in public finance and at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette in corporate finance.  She also worked for the Budget Director of the City of Boston and was the Boston mayoral appointee to the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.  

Ms. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard University and a Masters in Business Administration and International Affairs in Finance from Columbia University. In the community Ms. Doyle is on the Board of Directors of Mother Caroline Academy in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
