Katia Frock joined PFM's Arbitrage Rebate Group as a consultant in 2003 after working as an intern at PFM for two years.

As an arbitrage rebate consultant, her primary duties include performing arbitrage rebate calculations, yield restriction compliance analysis, spending exception analysis, transferred proceeds calculations, commingled funds analysis, cash flow analysis, and other arbitrage related services. Ms. Frock is personally responsible for providing a comprehensive set of arbitrage rebate services to issuers with bond proceeds invested in the California Asset Management Program ("CAMP"), Virginia Arbitrage and Investment Management Program ("Virginia AIM") and the Virginia State Non-Arbitrage Program ("Virginia SNAP"). In addition Ms. Frock has performed hundreds of total return performance computations for PFM's asset management clients.

In September 2004 PFM began providing investment management services, including arbitrage rebate services, for the Virginia SNAP Program. Ms. Frock was part of the SNAP transition team and was responsible for reviewing the work of the prior rebate agent, and developing and implementing a plan to successfully transition arbitrage rebate compliance management responsibilities to PFM's Arbitrage Rebate Group. Ms. Frock is also responsible for managing the Arbitrage Rebate Group's client database and has recently instituted several modifications that will add value to PFM client relationships.

Ms. Frock is a graduate of Shippensburg University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Management.
