Jeremy Bass is in PFM's Boston office and works primarily with General Obligation, Higher Education, and Health Care issuers. Mr. Bass has served as the lead analyst and/or primary client contact for multiple transactions, provided quantiative support to create custom models to structure complex refunding transactions, assisted in credit and rating agency meetings, assisted in the education for various structuring alternatives including the use of swaps and other derivatives, and performed debt capacity analysis.

Mr. Bass has served as the lead quantitative support for the City of Boston, MA on 10 competititve transactions. These financings have included a long-term financing of the Convention Center with Special Obligation Bonds and the refunding of the City's Boston City Hospital (FHA Insured Mortgage) Series B Bonds which converted a FHA-insured issue to a subject-to-appropriation issue. Other muncipal clients that Mr. Bass served include the City of Bridgeport (CT), the City of Manchester (NH), and the City of Providence (RI).

Mr. Bass graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. degree in Economics and Education.
