Janice S. Mazyck, Managing Director, joined the PFM Group in 1998 in San Francisco and heads the firm's Los Angeles office. Since joining PFM, Ms. Mazyck has managed a wide variety of client engagements for counties, cities and special authorities throughout California, on financings totaling over $9.0 billion in par value.

Ms. Mazyck's past assignments include the evaluation and development of financial policies and plans, alternative financing and credit strategies, revenue forecasts, lease terms and conditions, cost/benefit models and cash flow analyses. She also has experience in the evaluation of derivative products, underwriting and credit enhancement solicitations, and market pricing.

Ms. Mazyck also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Aquatic Foundation of Metropolitan Los Angeles.

Ms. Mazyck received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Golden Gate University.
