In February 2004, Francis X. Sullivan joined Public Financial Management as a Managing Director and is located in the Long Island office.

Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the management of the fixed income group to provide investment solutions to meet the financial needs of public entities.

Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Sullivan was the Chief Operating Officer of Cadre Financial Services, Inc. and the President of Cadre Securities, Inc., where he was responsible for the overall operations of all local government investment pools in which Cadre acted as the Investment Advisor, Administrator and Marketing Agent, as well as broker dealer related activities.

Mr. Sullivan's experience includes over 30 years of managerial responsibilities in the securities industry. He is knowledgeable in all areas of cash and securities management.

Mr. Sullivan holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.
