Bikram Chadha is a senior managing consultant with PFM’s asset management business. He is responsible for managing institutional client relationships and supporting business development efforts for PFM’s consulting and outsourced CIO practice areas - concentrating on endowments and foundations, pensions, OPEB trusts and long-term investment portfolios.

Bikram started his career at Vanguard in the firm’s institutional retirement plan business. In 2012, he joined the firm’s institutional advisory services business and served in a variety of roles, most recently as an investment analyst. As an investment analyst, Bikram provided portfolio and investment-related analysis, executed on trading responsibilities, and served as a point of contact on the relationship team for endowment and foundation and pension clients totaling approximately $2 billion in assets under management.

Bikram is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia. He also is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of both Pennsylvania and Maryland. In the community, Bikram serves on the Young Professionals Board and Finance Committee at Uplift Center for Grieving Children. Additionally, Bikram is a mentor to MBA and undergraduate students at Villanova School of Business.
