Don is a relationship manager serving PFM’s clients and developing business for the firm in the Northeastern United States. He has dedicated the last decade to working with endowments and foundations in the outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) industry. He is committed to the OCIO model and has extensive experience delivering custom solutions to the non-profit community, including asset allocation analysis, spending studies, investment policy guidance, portfolio construction and reporting best practices.

Prior to joining PFM, Don served as an investment officer at Hirtle Callaghan & Co. where he was responsible for the development of non-profit business in the Southwestern United States.

Don is a member of the Board of Directors at the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting access to justice for all people in the community, particularly those struggling with poverty, abuse and discrimination. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Boys’ Latin of Philadelphia Charter School, an organization focused on providing access to a college preparatory academic experience for boys in Philadelphia.
