Kerry serves as managing director and chief information officer for PFM, which includes PFM Asset Management LLC, Public Financial Management, Inc. and PFM Financial Advisors LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all firm-wide information technology (IT) activities and resources, including infrastructure management, telecommunications and networks, system security plans, facilities, business continuity and disaster recovery applications development, project management, business process reengineering, outsourcing, marketing support and auxiliary operations. He chairs PFM Technology Committee, which plays an active role in shaping the firm’s long-term technology strategy.
Prior to joining PFM, Kerry spent six years as a vice president in the Global Technology Services division for State Street Corporation, responsible for managing a full-service IT organization that provided mutual fund accounting and fund administration services for more than $250 billion in assets for BlackRock. Prior to joining State Street, he spent six years at Deloitte Consulting, working with clients in the financial services, public sector, healthcare and manufacturing industries, providing systems integration, project and program management, strategy and business process re-engineering consulting services.
Kerry is a recipient of the 2011 Philadelphia Business Journal Minority Business Leader Award.
