Mark is a director with PFM’s asset management business. He is responsible for advising institutional clients on the oversight of their multi-asset class portfolio solutions with a focus on pension, other post-employment benefits, endowment and foundation, and other long-term investment funds. He is also a member of the Multi-Asset Class Investment Committee, which is responsible for the management of long-term discretionary assets. He is a senior leader within PFM’s defined contribution and deferred compensation practice. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, he assists in various project management roles, including technology initiatives at PFM.

In 2003, Mark joined PFM as a member of the investment accounting team, where he oversaw investment performance measurement and attribution for more than 250 separately managed investment portfolios. Prior to joining PFM, he was employed by PFPC, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of technology and business services for the global investment industry.

Mark has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Philadelphia, Government Finance Officers Association of Pennsylvania, Maryland Government Finance Officers Association, and the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators.
