Changing the game.

It’s what we’ve done for the more than 40 years, and it’s what we’ll continue to do for the next 40. You’ll notice some big changes at PFM over the coming weeks and months. We’ve reaffirmed our mission, reflected in our Purpose and in our new tagline, “Advice for people transforming their world.” This tagline places our clients exactly where they belong—at the center of everything we do.

We’ve thought hard about what makes PFM not only a great place to help people, but also a great place to work, and reflected that in our Principles as well. Our Principles are not merely words on a piece of paper, but equations that draw a straight line to the added value we bring to every client relationship. We have a new logo too. The original inspiration was the thumbprint—common to all, but each leaving a different impression, just as the work we do for clients is never cookie cutter. The mark evolved to resemble an abstract nest in its shape and lines--symbolic for who we are and what we do for our clients–strong, nurturing, resourceful, creative, complex. We feel that this mark is timeless – it’s simple but strong.
