Danielle Scott is a senior analyst based in PFM’s Management and Budget Consulting practice in the firm’s New Orleans office. She plays a key role in projects where the firm provides budgetary and financial analysis, reviews municipal operations and develops multi-year financial plans to help municipal governments overcome their fiscal challenges. Specializing in cities facing fiscal distress, she helps clients develop long-term blueprints for fiscal, economic and community sustainability.

Danielle has supported PFM's multi-year financial plan work in Houston, provided strategic consulting for the City of New Orleans and has assisted the District of Colombia in their analysis of fees and revenue. She has also contributed multi-year projection models for capital planning in Derry Township, PA and for revenue and cash flow projections for Washington State Department of Agriculture’s Fruit and Vegetable and Grain Programs.

Danielle also serves as core staff to the National Resource Network, a Federal initiative that provides economically distressed cities with heavily subsidized technical assistance. In this role, she provided strategic and budget advice in Hartford, CT and has been an integral part of providing budget forecast modeling for the Cities of Compton and Richmond in California. She also assisted in the management and administration of the Network’s recent competition to expand Network projects in six new cities and two states.
