Joshua McCoy joined PFM in February 2007 as a part-time intern and became a full-time consultant in July 2008. After spending five years in the firm’s Memphis office, Joshua relocated to PFM’s Huntsville, Alabama office where he currently leads PFM’s Alabama practice. In this capacity, Joshua works with the firm’s state and local government, higher education, and public utility clients throughout Alabama and the Southeast.
Joshua serves as leading advisor and day-to-day contact for clients such as the State of Alabama, City of Huntsville, City of Auburn, City of Mobile, Auburn University, University of South Alabama and the University of Arkansas System. Joshua brings his clients a wealth of experience having advised on a multitude of debt transactions, financial planning, refunding, and financial modeling for a number of clients. His transaction experience encompasses a full range of issuance types including taxable, tax-exempt, competitive, and negotiated sales as well as an array of refunding and debt restructuring issues.
Joshua is a graduate of the Alabama Leadership Initiative (Class 2) and Leadership Greater Huntsville Connect (Class 18).
