Heather is a senior managing consultant who provides senior level analytical and project management services and is part of the environmental finance team, which has extensive experience with innovative programs dedicated to "green" projects and initiatives.
Heather provides financial analysis, debt schedule development and modeling she also prepares rating agency presentations and preparation/review of disclosure materials. She provides assistance on various types of bonds and notes including general obligation, hotel revenue, lease revenue, sewer revenue, water revenue and parking revenue bonds for public facilities and economic development projects. Heather works with clients in Minnesota, Idaho, Kansas, and North Dakota, including Three Rivers Park District in MN, Minnesota State Agricultural Society, Minneapolis Special Schools No. 1 in MN, City of Overland Park, KS, City of Minot, ND, and the University of Idaho.
In 2017, Heather presented a session on Financing Capital Projects to the MASBO Institute. In 2015, Heather presented at the Minnesota Association of County Officers on bond issuance for Minnesota counties. In 2014, she presented to the Minnesota Institute of Public Finance on the municipal advisor rule. She also spoke at the Minnesota Government Finance Officers Association 2014 annual conference and presented on the municipal advisor rule and municipal continuing disclosure initiative, emphasizing the requirements for service providers who are regulated under the municipal advisor rule and how to obtain necessary information for debt transactions.
