Darren Weimer is a professional engineer specializing in asset management and land development. Since joining the firm as a senior engineer in 2019, he assist clients with work trailing liabilities and development relating to land assets.
Prior to joining PFM, Darren managed a mixed-use development project consisting of three DRIs totaling over 8,200 acres and over $220 million in infrastructure improvements. His responsibilities included roles on community and commercial association boards, and development review committees. He also served as a utilities director for the onsite irrigation company. As director of the utility, he was responsible for a four million gallons per day irrigation facility capable of serving 8,000 equivalent residential units. This included technical, operational, financial and contractual responsibilities. In addition, he assisted with the entitlement process while managing pre- and post-development services, environmental permitting, construction and turnover.
Darren's engineering, consulting and construction background has helped alleviate the asset holder of liabilities, which resulted from the founder's financial situation. In addition, he has worked to reduce costs and preserve development rights.
