Lila Berry is a senior managing consultant in PFM’s New York office. She provides technical and quantitative support to state and local government and higher education clients. Her experience includes transaction management, financial modeling, long-term capital planning, debt structuring, credit analysis, and alternative delivery and public private partnerships support. Lila also has extensive experience modeling and structuring debt in compliance with New York Local Finance Laws. She assists in managing and analyzing the complex project-by-project debt profiles for Nassau County and its related issuers such as, the Nassau County Interim Finance Authority and Nassau Health Care Corporation. In addition to governmental clients, Lila’s experience extends to higher education issuers, working with both public and private colleges and universities nationwide.
Prior to PFM, Lila gained experience in public finance at the City of Philadelphia’s Treasurer’s Office. She joined PFM in 2015 after graduating from Smith College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in mathematics.
